– Domain Leads: Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, cyber security, vendor/procurement governance, application architecture, or data center networking (with at least 5 years in a lead role).
– Engineers / Specialists / Administrators: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in respective technical domains (Windows/Linux sysadmin, virtualization, database administration, network engineering, SIEM/SOAR cyber defense, or software engineering).
• Certifications: Relevant OEM certifications (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Cisco, Oracle, SAS) or Cyber Security audit certifications (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) will be an added advantage.
