Foreigners' Tribunal Goalpara DEO Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in for 1 Post

Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (HS / Class 12th) from a recognized Board or Council, and must possess a minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) with practical knowledge of DTP and proven ability to type large quantities of numerical data as well as English and Assamese text accurately. A valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate in Assam is mandatory. Preference will be given to local residents of Goalpara district and candidates with relevant prior work experience.

Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age as on 01.01.2026: 40 years for Unreserved category, 43 years for OBC/MOBC, 45 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H), and 50 years for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) as per Government Office Memorandum No. ABP.6/2016/51 dated 02.09.2020.

Eligible candidates must appear for a walk-in-interview with all required original testimonials and a set of self-attested photocopies. Registration will take place on September 8, 2026, from 09:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., followed by the interview from 10:30 A.M. onwards.

• STANDARD FORM OF APPLICATION (ASSAM GAZETTED PART-IX), duly filled, with a valid contact number and email ID.
• Three recent passport-size colored photographs (blue background), with full signature on the backside.
• A set of self-attested Xerox copies of all documents.
• A handwritten self-declaration (as prescribed) on A4 size paper.
• HSLC Admit Card or Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.
• Class XII pass mark sheet and pass certificate.
• Minimum six months Computer Diploma certificate.
• Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
• Caste Certificate (if applicable).

The selection process is two-tiered:

• Tier-I (September 8, 2026): Documents Verification and Personal Interview (60 marks).
• Tier-II (To be notified later): Computer Skill Test (40 marks) for candidates shortlisted from Tier-I.

Candidates must bear their own expenses for the interview/computer test. Final results will be declared on the Office Notice Board and District Administration Website on September 9, 2026.
