General Manager

• Initial monthly remuneration: Rs. 2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only).
• Compensation is subject to statutory Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and other applicable government levies.
• An annual increment of 5% (five percent) shall be granted.
• The remuneration is consolidated; no Dearness Allowance or other additional allowances are admissible, except as explicitly stated.
• Entitled to a residential Service Telephone Connection and a vehicle for official purposes, strictly in accordance with General Manager grade entitlements.
• Ineligible for residential accommodation or medical reimbursement.
• This position does not carry any entitlement to pensionary benefits or post-retirement medical facilities available to regular employees.
• Engagement is strictly contractual and does not constitute a permanent employer-employee relationship.
• Not entitled to additional benefits, allowances, or service-related perks except those mandated by law (e.g., EPF, Gratuity) as per Government of India regulations and BSNL notifications.
