Programme Coordinators in the Executive Education Programmes (EEP) division at IIM Ahmedabad work at the heart of India's premier management institute on the iconic Louis Kahn heritage and new Vastrapur campuses. Coordinators are responsible for end-to-end operational planning and execution of open-enrollment and customized Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for senior corporate executives, board directors, multinational leaders, and senior government civil servants. Responsibilities include coordinating faculty requirements, classroom technology logistics (hybrid and physical classrooms at the International Management Development Centre - IMDC), managing client relationships, participant hospitality, program budgeting, and MIS reporting. Working hours frequently involve weekend program sessions with compensatory time-off benefits as per IIMA norms.

Stationed at IIM Ahmedabad Campus, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015 (with occasional travel to off-campus program delivery locations). The appointment is on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for an initial term of 3 (three) years, extendable for further periods based on institutional performance reviews.

Selected candidates are placed in Pay Level 2 under the 7th CPC pay matrix with full central benefits (DA, HRA, medical coverage, contributory provident fund, campus perks) on par with permanent staff. Within IIM Ahmedabad's administrative structure, high-performing Programme Coordinators advance through scaled contract bands to Senior Programme Coordinator, Assistant Manager (EEP), and Programme Delivery Manager across executive training and international relations divisions.
