Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess M.Sc. / M.Sc.Tech. / Integrated M.Tech. in Geophysics / Applied Geophysics / Exploration Geophysics / Environmental Geophysics, OR M.Tech. in Petroleum Exploration / Fuel Engineering / Petroleum Engineering with more than 80% marks or 8.00 CGPA/OGPA (on a 10.0-point scale) in the relevant degree, along with a 1st Class Ph.D. degree in the relevant area. Desirable: Working experience in fugitive methane emission estimation, algorithm/model development, or oil and natural gas systems.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 40 years as on the date of the interview. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates is admissible as per Government of India rules.
