RITES Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for Assistant Manager (Programmer) Post

• Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent engineering branch, OR Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with minimum 60% marks (First Class). Full-time Engineering Diploma holders in relevant branches are also eligible with 60% marks.
• Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 02 years of hands-on professional software development experience in C++ and Linux for Degree/MCA holders; minimum 08 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.

Maximum age limit is 40 years as on the cut-off date (17.09.2026). Standard age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply online through the Career Section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com. The application process involves the following steps:

1. Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria before applying.
2. Apply online using the registration format available on the RITES website.
3. Note down the system-generated 'Registration No.' for future communication.
4. Carefully fill in all required details, especially regarding "Identity Proof," as these will be required for verification.
5. Upload all necessary documents in the "Upload Document" section to substantiate your claims. This includes:
   • High School certificate (Date of Birth proof)
   • Certificates and mark sheets for Academic & Professional qualifications (Xth, XIIth, Diploma/Graduation/Post-Graduation)
   • Percentage Conversion Document (if applicable)
   • EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Certificate (if applicable, in prescribed format)
   • Proof of Identity & Address (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc.)
   • PAN Card
   • Proof of each period of experience claimed, submitted as a single PDF in chronological order (offer letter, joining order, relieving letter, service certificate, pay slips etc.).
   • Any other supporting document.

   Note: Scanned copies must be clear and visible. Failure to upload necessary documents will lead to cancellation of candidature.

6. After uploading documents, proceed to the "Make Payment" section. Though the fee is NIL, candidates must complete this step and download the final application form. Retain a copy for future reference and carry it for the selection process.
7. For document verification/selection process, candidates must bring two duly filled copies of Annexure A and original documents with one self-attested copy, in chronological order.

Applications without successful fee payment (even if NIL) will be summarily rejected.
