Educational Qualification

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates must possess substantial experience in the execution of infrastructure projects, contract management, or business development, with prior PSU experience preferred. Must be serving officials holding substantively: (i) posts in analogous grade Level-15 (CDA) / E-9 (IDA); OR (ii) posts in Level-14 (CDA) with at least 25 years of Group A service; OR (iii) posts in IDA E-8 (₹1,20,000 - ₹2,80,000/-) with at least 4 years of service in that grade.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Applicant must not be above 57 years of age reckoned as on the closing date of the vacancy notification (12th November 2026).
