Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a regular Post-Graduate Degree in Science (e.g. M.Pharm, M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, etc.) from a recognized University, along with a mandatory Post-Graduate (P.G.) Diploma in Clinical Research. (Note: M.Sc. degrees obtained through a one-year fast-track program will not be accepted). Desirable: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in oncology clinical trials or hospital trial coordination.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is up to 35 years as per standard TMC project recruitment guidelines (relaxable as per Government of India / DAE norms for SC/ST/OBC/women candidates).

Selection will be conducted through an in-person Walk-in Interview on Wednesday, 16th September 2026 (Reporting Time: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM) at Meeting Room-I, 3rd Floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Sector-22, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai - 410210. Candidates must bring their recent CV, a passport-size photograph, original and self-attested photocopies of all educational certificates (including PG Diploma in Clinical Research), experience letters, and Aadhaar card for ID verification. The position is on a contractual project basis initially for 6 months and extendable.

Tata Memorial Centre - Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (TMC-ACTREC) at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai is India's premier comprehensive cancer research and clinical oncology center under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). Located within the state-of-the-art Khanolkar Shodhika complex, the Trial Coordinator will work on the landmark multi-arm 'RAdiAN' Phase III randomized controlled trial evaluating adjuvant radiotherapy versus concurrent chemoradiotherapy after neoadjuvant treatment in borderline resectable oral cavity cancers. The role encompasses patient recruitment, informed consent administration, serious adverse event (SAE) reporting, electronic case report form (eCRF) management, ICH-GCP protocol adherence, and coordination with head-and-neck radiation oncologists and surgical teams.

Contractual appointment on project initially for six (6) months, extendable based on trial progress and satisfactory performance. Stationed at ACTREC, Sector-22, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai – 410210.
