TNSFFCC Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 9 Contractual Personnel Posts

Candidates must possess qualifications relevant to the post applied for:

• GIS Expert (2 posts): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, Remote Sensing & Forestry, or a related discipline (or PG Diploma/Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing with a relevant Bachelor's degree) with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• System Analyst / IT Manager (1 post): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE, or MCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in web design, server/network administration, and IT systems.
• Network & Communication Technician (1 post): Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT or related field with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in network administration or communication systems maintenance.
• Technical Assistant - GIS (1 post): Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, Computer Science, or IT with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in GIS software.
• Technical Assistant - Graphical Designer (1 post): Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or Graphic Design with minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Wireless Operator (3 posts): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or Diploma/Certificate in Wireless Communication, Radio Communication, Electronics, or Telecommunication. Basic computer knowledge is essential.

The maximum age limit is up to 35 years for all 9 contractual positions as on the application deadline.

1. Keep ready a valid email ID, active mobile number, valid government identity proof, a scanned recent passport size photograph and signature, and self-attested scanned copies (PDF/JPG/PNG) of educational certificates, mark sheets, and experience certificates for every qualification and work history entry.
2. Visit the official online portal through the Tamil Nadu Forest Department website at forests.tn.gov.in and sign in with your email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
3. Complete the application form with accurate personal, educational, and professional experience details, upload supporting documents against each entry, accept the terms and conditions, and submit. The application, once submitted, is final and cannot be modified.
4. Note down the generated application number and retain a print-out of the application for your records. No physical/hard copy submission is required unless specifically called for by the Centre.
5. The application status and, for shortlisted candidates, the interview call letter will be made available on the portal after logging in with the registered email.
