Utkal University Recruitment 2026 – Apply for Project Assistant Post (OSHEC MRIP Project)

Essential Qualifications & Project Competencies:
• Educational Qualification: Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Chemistry with a good academic record and at least 55% aggregate marks from a recognized University or Institute.
• Reference Letters: Candidates must submit two (2) academic reference letters in support of their educational credentials, research aptitude, and credibility.
• Project Mandate: Synthesis, characterization, and application of advanced S-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts for the degradation of emergent pharmaceutical residues and toxic agricultural pesticides in wastewater, funded under the Mukhya Mantri Research and Innovation Project (MRIP) by the Odisha State Higher Education Council (OSHEC), Govt. of Odisha.

Typically up to 35 years as per Odisha State Higher Education Council guidelines, with standard 5-year relaxation for SC, ST, Women, and PwD candidates, and 3 years for OBC/SEBC candidates.
