Located at the Department of Biochemistry in AIIMS Bhopal (Saket Nagar), an apex healthcare institute of national importance. The Project Associate-II will carry out preclinical wet-lab experimental research on the CCRH-funded project 'Exploration of the role of homeopathic medicines in the management of fatty liver diseases: A pre-clinical investigation'. Responsibilities encompass primary and immortalized hepatocyte culture, in vitro lipid accumulation assays, RT-qPCR gene expression analysis, Western blotting for inflammatory markers, small animal (rodent) model handling, drug formulation dosing, histological tissue preparation, and scientific manuscript drafting under Principal Investigator Dr. Sukhes Mukherjee. Laboratory working hours are standard research timings (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday with alternating off-days).

The position is purely contractual for an initial tenure of 1 year, extendable subject to annual project review and fund disbursal from CCRH. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof.
