Joint Director (Tariff-Finance): Post Graduate in Finance / Accountancy / Commerce or CA/ICWA.
Deputy Director (Tariff Accounts & Financial Analysis): Post Graduate in Accountancy, CA, ICWA, PG in Finance, or Organized Accounts Services.
Deputy Director (Tariff Economics): Post Graduate in Economics or MBA (Finance).
Deputy Director (Info-Tech): Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

All roles require officers holding analogous posts or specified regular service in feeder pay matrix levels under Central/State Govt. or PSUs.
