Educational Qualification

Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) from a recognized University/Institute/Hospital; OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) of at least 2 years duration; OR Diploma/Certificate in MLT of at least 1 year duration. Desirable experience: 1 year experience in medical laboratory for DMLT (2-year) or Graduate in Science; 2 years experience for DMLT (1-year); candidates with work experience in a Quality Assured Laboratory will be preferred.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is up to 35 years as on 30 November 2026. Age relaxation is admissible by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and up to 10–15 years for PwBD candidates.

The role involves strict adherence to biosafety protocols when handling infectious zoonotic pathogens, occasional outstation field sample collection, and multi-sectoral coordination under the One Health framework.
