• Estate Supervisor (01 Post | ₹36,500/pm):
1. Applicant must be an Ex-Serviceman (JCO - Junior Commissioned Officer) with a minimum of 20 years of service rendered in the Indian Army.
2. Preference will be given to Corps of Engineers ESM with tenure in Military Engineer Services (MES) during Army service.
3. Age should be below 55 years as on 01.12.2026.
4. Medically fit for the job description with no disciplinary history while in service or otherwise.
• Care Taker (01 Post | ₹26,300/pm):
1. Applicant must be an Ex-Serviceman (Havildar / Naib Subedar) with a minimum of 15 years of service rendered in the Indian Army.
2. Should not have attained the age of 50 years in case of Havildar and 55 years in case of JCO as on 01.12.2026.
3. Medically fit with clean service records (no disciplinary history).
• Terms: Full-time term-based contractual appointment in ACMS Delhi Cantt. Accommodation is not provided.

2. Shortlisting: Candidates will be screened based on army rank (JCO for Estate Supervisor; Hav/Nb Sub for Caretaker), total qualifying service (20/15 years), MES/Engineering experience, medical fitness, and clean disciplinary record.
3. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview at ACMS, Delhi Cantt. No TA/DA is paid.
4. Appointment: Selected candidates receive a contractual term-based appointment.
