Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Full-time regular Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized University or Institute with a good academic record. An MBA degree from a reputed institution is desirable.

Experience Profile: Minimum 20 years of professional experience, of which at least 10 years must be at Senior / Middle Management level in industrial products or the machine tools industry. The opening is tailored for serving or retired senior executives in the grade of General Manager (GM) or General Technical Manager.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidate must be less than 63 years of age as on 01.09.2026. Maximum tenure of engagement shall be limited up to 65 years of age.
