Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification: Must hold a Degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology.
Apprenticeship Requirement: Must have successfully completed Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act from FACT Training & Development Centre on or before 31.12.2025.
Mandatory Documents: Must submit and upload both Certificate of Proficiency (COP) and Apprenticeship Certificate issued by FACT T&D Centre.
Note: Apprentices who completed/are completing training in 2026 need not apply, as they will be considered against requirements directly from FACT T&D Centre.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age as on 01.10.2026. Upper age relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates (up to 40 years), 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates (up to 38 years), and 10 years for PwBD candidates (up to 45 years). Proof of age is verified strictly via Standard X certificate.

Responsibilities include maintaining enterprise ERP systems, plant automation network infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, internal portal administration, database management, and end-user hardware/software support across manufacturing divisions and FEDO (FACT Engineering and Design Organisation). Working hours typically follow standard general administrative shifts (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM), with occasional on-call duty during plant maintenance turnarounds or critical server migrations.
