HPCL Visakh Refinery Recruitment 2026 – Apply for 24 Turnaround Consultant Posts

• Superannuation Prerequisite: Must be a retired (superannuated) officer from HPCL or other Public Sector Oil & Gas Companies (IOCL, BPCL, ONGC, GAIL, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated refinery maintenance or operational experience in Static Equipment, Rotary Machinery, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, or Refinery Operations.
• Turnaround Expertise: Hands-on experience in turnaround planning, shutdown execution, vendor supervision, and commissioning.
• Cooling Period: Minimum 2 months gap between superannuation and date of engagement.

Candidate must not be more than 64 years of age as on 31.07.2026.

  • Copy of Annuity Certificate (SBFS / NPS).
  • Candidates other than HPCL retired employees, have to submit a certificate from their respective employers as per format (Annexure IV).
