Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electronics & Communication (EC), or Electrical Engineering (EE) with more than 2 years of relevant experience, OR a completed Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• Desirable Skills: Experience with hardware interfaces (UART, SPI), computer networking, shell scripting, C/C++/Python programming, and hands-on embedded systems development on Arduino / Raspberry Pi platforms.

The Executive Engineer / Post Doctoral Fellow will work within the Department of Information Technology at IIIT Allahabad under the C3i Hub (IIT Kanpur) sponsored research initiative 'Development of Security Audit Framework for Secure IoT Network'. The role involves collaborative cybersecurity research with C3iHub IIT Kanpur, requiring periodic visits to IIT Kanpur. Day-to-day responsibilities include firmware auditing, UART/SPI bus analysis, developing network vulnerability scanners, writing Python/C scripts for Raspberry Pi and Arduino testbeds, and formulating formal security audit standards for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS).
