JPPO Hazaribag Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 5 Fasal Rakshak Posts

• Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th Standard) passed from a recognized board.
• Mandatory Training: 5-day training certificate under the Directorate of Agriculture & Horticulture, Government of Jharkhand (candidates with additional training or agriculture wing experience given preference).
• Practical Skills: Ability to climb trees and ride a bicycle.
• Domicile Condition: Must be a permanent resident of the specific block corresponding to the Plant Protection Centre applied for (Sadar Hazaribag, Vishnugarh, Chauparan, Barkagaon, or Barhi).

Minimum age 18 years. Maximum age limits by category: General (UR) – 35 years; BC-I/BC-II (EBC/OBC) – 37 years; Women (UR/EBC/BC) – 38 years; SC/ST (Men & Women) – 40 years.

1. Obtain or print the prescribed application form format from the official Hazaribag district portal (hazaribagh.nic.in) or the official notification release.
2. Fill out all mandatory fields in the application form (Post Name: Fasal Rakshak, Applicant Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Permanent Address, Block, Category, and Educational Qualifications).
3. Affix a self-attested passport-size photograph on the top right corner of the application form.
4. Enclose self-attested photocopies of all required supporting documents:
   • Matriculation (10th) mark sheet and passing certificate.
   • Mandatory 5-day training certificate issued under the Directorate of Agriculture & Horticulture, Jharkhand.
   • Local Residential / Domicile Certificate issued by the competent Revenue Authority (confirming residency in the respective block).
   • Caste Certificate (for EBC/OBC/SC/ST candidates).
   • Character certificate and prior agriculture division work experience certificate (if applicable).
5. Superscribe the envelope with "Application for the Post of Fasal Rakshak – [Name of Plant Protection Centre]" along with the applicant's name and full return address.
6. Send the completed application form strictly by Speed Post or Registered Post to: Office of the Junior Plant Protection Officer, Krishi Bhavan, Deepugarha Cannery Hill Road, Hazaribag, Jharkhand – 825301.
7. The application must reach the office on or before 03.10.2026 by 5:00 PM. Applications submitted by hand, email, or received after the deadline will be rejected.
