Educational Qualification

Registrar, Academic Registrar & Controller of Examination: Master's degree with minimum 55% marks, plus at least 15 years experience as Assistant Professor (AL-11+) or 8 years as Associate Professor (AL-12+) with 5 years as educational administrator; OR 15 years administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
Deputy Controller of Examination & Deputy Registrar: Master's degree with minimum 55% marks, plus at least 9 years experience as Assistant Professor OR 5 years administrative experience.
Finance Officer: Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of finance and accounts experience in a University, Govt Department, or PSU (desirable: Master's in Commerce/Economics/Statistics and Tally proficiency).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit as on 01.01.2026 is 55 years for Registrar, Academic Registrar, and Controller of Examination; and 50 years for Deputy Controller of Examination, Deputy Registrar, and Finance Officer.
