Retired Government Officer of the rank of Joint Secretary (सह-सचिव) or senior cadre from Mantralaya departments or other State Government departments. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of tribal culture, customs, anthropology, and ethnology (आदिवासी संस्कृती, प्रथा, मानववंशशास्त्र आणि मानवजातीशास्त्र), proficiency in Marathi and English, and familiarity with modern technology and AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

Preference will be given to retired officers under 65 years of age possessing the requisite administrative and domain qualifications.

1. Download and print the official application proforma (Page 3 of the notification circular) from maharashtra.gov.in.
2. Fill out the application form with complete personal details, retirement designation, contact number, date of birth, age, and details of administrative experience in tribal affairs/government service.
3. Affix a recent passport-sized photograph and sign the declaration accepting all terms and conditions.
4. Submit the completed application along with relevant retirement orders and experience documents on or before 06 November 2026 (until 05:30 PM).
