Educational Qualification

Qualifications and teaching experience as per latest National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines — 'Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations 2025' (Notification dated 30/06/2025). Candidates must possess an NMC-recognized Post-Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the respective broad specialty, permanent State/NMC Medical Council registration, required clinical/teaching experience, indexed research publications, and completion of NMC-approved Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR) and Basic Course in Medical Education (BCME) where applicable.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Candidate must not exceed 69 years of age as on the date of interview (30.10.2026). Maximum service tenure is permissible up to 70 years of age.

Contractual faculty members are entrusted with daily outpatient clinics, indoor ward rounds, surgical/procedural duties, ICU management, and bedside clinical training for medical students.
