The Institute Instrumentation Centre (IIC) at IIT Roorkee serves as an apex central research facility providing state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation and thin-film growth laboratories. The laboratory atmosphere is intensely research-driven, with round-the-clock access to RF sputtering systems, high-resolution XRD, XPS, and cleanroom facilities.
