NIT Warangal Recruitment 2026 – Apply for ANRF JRF Post in Green Hydrogen Project

Eligibility criteria for Junior Research Fellow under ANRF Sponsored Research Project at NIT Warangal (Dept. of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering):
• Educational Pathways (GATE Not Mandatory):
1. B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech/M.E. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with min 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).
2. B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgical, Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with min 70% marks or 7.5 CGPA (65% or 7.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).
3. M.Sc. in Materials Science / Nanotechnology / Energy Materials with relevant M.Tech (min 60% / 6.5 CGPA).
4. M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science (min 60% / 6.5 CGPA).
• Desirable Skills: Experience in PEM water electrolyzers, fuel cells, protective coatings, and electrochemical characterization. Valid GATE/NET qualification preferred.
• Ph.D. Integration: The selected JRF is eligible to register for the regular Ph.D. degree at NIT Warangal as per institute norms.

Maximum age as on 24.08.2026: 30 years for General/EWS candidates, 33 years for OBC-NCL, and 35 years for SC/ST/PwD and Female candidates.
