Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess First Class with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or CGPA of at least 6.5 on a 10-point scale in both B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, Bioscience and Bioengineering, or Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. In addition, candidates must have a valid GATE qualification.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Upper age limit is 30 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India / Institute guidelines for reserved categories.

The Junior Research Fellow position is based in the Department of Biotechnology at NIT Warangal, working on an industry-relevant project titled 'Integrated biorefinery of Underwater Macroalgae resources for Sustainable Transportation fuel Production' sponsored by Technology Innovation and Development Foundation, IIT Guwahati.
