Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess requisite qualifications based on discipline: Engineering Cadres (Safety, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Mineral Processing, Survey): B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch with required post-qualification experience (3 to 18 years depending on grade). Geology: Post Graduate Degree in Geology / Applied Geology. Medical (M&HS): MBBS / PG Diploma with clinical experience. Human Resources: MBA (HR/Personnel Management) or MSW. Finance: CA / CMA (ICWA). Minimum current/last gross monthly salary requirements: ₹40k (FTE-I), ₹50k (FTE-II), ₹60k (FTE-III), ₹70k (FTE-IV), and ₹90k (FTE-VI).

Age Limit & Relaxations

Maximum age limit as on 01/09/2026: FTE-I: 35 years; FTE-II: 40 years; FTE-III: 42 years; FTE-IV: 47 years; FTE-VI: 52 years. Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC, 10-15 years for PwBD, 5 years for Ex-Servicemen.

Monthly consolidated pay per grade: FTE-I: ₹ 75,400/-; FTE-II: ₹ 94,200/-; FTE-III: ₹ 1,13,100/-; FTE-IV: ₹ 1,31,900/-; FTE-VI: ₹ 1,69,600/-. In addition, selected executives are entitled to Employer's PF contribution, HRA, gratuity, medical benefits, and leave encashment as per HCL scheme.
