Candidates must possess a regular B.E. / B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) with at least 60% marks from a recognized University or Institute, along with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Operation and Maintenance of OFC/Utility/Telecom devices in a TSP or ISP.
