Samagra Shiksha DNH & DD KGBV Walk-in 2026

Post-wise Essential Qualifications:

• Full Time Teacher (Social Science - Marathi Medium): Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed OR Graduation/PG with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (or 4-year B.El.Ed. with 50% marks). Must be CTET / TET qualified and have studied in Marathi medium at Secondary (Class 10) level. (Female only)
• Part Time Teacher (Social Science & Science-Maths - Gujarati Medium): Post Graduate with at least 50% marks in respective subject and B.Ed. / B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. from NCTE-recognized institution. Medium of study in SSC must be Gujarati. (Female only)
• Part Time Physical Education Teacher: B.P.Ed. with at least 50% marks OR M.P.Ed. from NCTE-recognized institution. (Female only)
• Part Time Art Teacher: 12th pass with minimum 2-year Diploma in Drawing/Painting/Fine Art OR Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art/Drawing & Painting/Commercial Art. Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi. (Female only)
• Assistant Cook: 4th standard passed with cooking experience. (Female only)
• Chowkidar: 10th standard passed or appeared/attempted SSC. (Open to all)
• Sweeper: 4th standard passed. (Female only)

Note: Female exclusivity applies to all posts except Chowkidar. Local candidates will be given preference.

Upper age limit is 30 years as on the last date of application submission (19.10.2026). Age relaxation is admissible as per orders and guidelines issued by the Central Government from time to time.

1. Download and print the official application format from the notification on dnh.gov.in or ddd.gov.in.
2. Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and professional qualification details, pasting a recent self-attested passport-size photograph.
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents (Leaving Certificate, 10th/12th mark sheets, Graduation/PG mark sheets and degrees, D.El.Ed./B.Ed./B.P.Ed., CTET/TET mark sheet, Domicile certificate, Caste certificate if applicable, and Experience certificate).
4. Submit the completed application form along with enclosures on or before 19.10.2026 by 5:00 PM via Post, Courier, Email, or In-person to: Department of Education, Samagra Shiksha, Room No. 312, 3rd Floor, Lekha Bhavan, 66 KV Road, Amli, Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
5. Appear for the Walk-in-Interview on 22.10.2026 (Thursday) from 10:00 AM onwards at the same venue along with all original documents for verification.
