Educational Qualification

• Primary Eligibility (Retired Judicial Staff): Retired Judicial Ministerial Employees who have superannuated without medical invalidation/disciplinary dismissal and are below 65 years of age with a satisfactory service record.
• Secondary Eligibility (Open Candidates / Outsiders): In the event retired staff are not available, open candidates holding any recognized Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) along with English Shorthand (Lower or Higher Grade) and English Typewriting (Lower or Higher Grade) will be considered.
• Local Preference: Preference shall be given to local candidates residing in the Sangareddy court station.

Age Limit & Relaxations

For open candidates / outsiders, minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 34 years as on 31.08.2026 (relaxable for SC/ST/BC as per Telangana state government rules). For retired judicial ministerial staff, the maximum age limit is 65 years.

The Stenographer Grade-III operates directly under the Presiding Officer / Special Judge, taking courtroom dictation of depositions, chief examinations, cross-examinations, framing of charges, daily docket orders, and final judgments in sensitive POCSO Act cases.
