Educational requirements by position:

  • Research Assistant (01 Post): Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Anthropology, Development Studies, etc.) with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University. Candidates with UGC-NET / SLET / Ph.D., specialization in Gender Studies, and proficiency in SPSS/Excel data analysis will be preferred.
  • Field Investigator (04 Posts): Post Graduate Degree in Social Science or Human Sciences from a recognized University. Field survey experience and knowledge of local languages (Nepali/Sikkimese/Bhutia/Lepcha) are desirable.
