Age Limit & Relaxations

The Child Helpline Supervisor operates within the District Child Helpline Unit under Mission Vatsalya, Office of the District Programme Officer, Women & Child Development, Janjgir-Champa. Responsibilities include supervising 24x7 emergency helpline operations (1098), coordinating immediate rescue and support for children in need of care and protection, documenting case records, liaising with Child Welfare Committees (CWC), Juvenile Justice Boards (JJB), police authorities, and child care institutions. Shift-based work environment with field rescue obligations.
