1. Reporting & Document Verification: Candidates report between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM at Room 306, 3rd Floor, Paymaster Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar. Credentials, PG Science degrees, and PG Diploma in Clinical Research are verified.
2. Written Screening Test (Conditional): A written screening test will be conducted to shortlist candidates if 15 ± 5 candidates appear for the walk-in, subject to the Principal Investigator's (PI) discretion.
3. Personal Interview: Eligible/shortlisted candidates will appear before the selection committee to assess clinical trial coordination skills, GCP knowledge, and trial data handling.

The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), TMC Kharghar is one of India's premier oncology research and tertiary treatment facilities. The Clinical Trial Coordinator will work directly on an active multi-center Phase 4 clinical trial evaluating Brentuximab Vedotin plus AVD chemotherapy in stage 3/4 classical Hodgkin lymphoma patients. Daily tasks involve patient screening, assisting with informed consent, managing study drug accountability, tracking laboratory investigations, entering data into eCRFs, and liaising between oncologists, principal investigators, and clinical research associates (CRAs). The work environment is disciplined, patient-centric, and offers immense learning in oncology clinical research.
