उमेदवार किमान चौथी (४ थी) उत्तीर्ण असावा. उमेदवार संबंधित महसूल सजेचा / गावाचा स्थानिक रहिवासी असणे आवश्यक आहे. उमेदवार शारीरिकदृष्ट्या सक्षम असावा व त्याच्याविरुद्ध कोणताही फौजदारी गुन्हा दाखल नसावा. (Candidate must have passed minimum 4th standard and must be a bonafide resident of the concerned revenue Saja/village in Alibag Taluka).
