The Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) at Aligarh Muslim University is a premier UGC-sponsored coaching centre dedicated to preparing candidates from minority, SC, ST, and women communities for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and State PSCs. Faculty members provide intensive classroom lectures in General Studies, conduct test series evaluations, design personalized mentoring schedules, and oversee residential academic discipline and library study halls.

The position is contractual and based at the RCA premises within the Aligarh Muslim University main campus in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The appointment is purely temporary until the end of the current financial year (31.03.2027) or until the RCA exists, whichever is earlier.
