CAU College of Fisheries Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in for 01 Junior Research Fellow Post

Essential: M.F.Sc. in Fisheries Science OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Sciences with specialization in Fisheries.

Desirable: Hands-on experience in Fish Processing & Product Technology, handling of bacteria, and molecular techniques (microbiome/metagenomic analysis). Strong computer documentation and analytical skills.

Upper age limit is 35 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST/Women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates, or as per Central Government notifications.

1. Download and print the prescribed Bio-Data Proforma from the official recruitment notification.
2. Fill out all details neatly (Candidate Name, Father/Husband Name, Addresses, Phone/Email, Date of Birth, Category, Educational Qualifications from Matriculation onwards, Experience, Publications, and Extracurriculars).
3. Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the form.
4. Enclose self-attested photocopies of Date of Birth certificate, educational marksheets & degree certificates, category certificate (SC/ST/OBC), NET/GATE scorecard, and experience certificates.
5. Address the application to the Dean, College of Fisheries, Central Agricultural University (CAU), Lembucherra, Tripura (West) - 799210.
6. Attend the Walk-in Interview on 21st September 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Conference Hall, College of Fisheries, Lembucherra, Tripura (West) - 799210 along with original certificates. No TA/DA will be paid.
