Crucial Application Warnings & Eligibility Traps

Avoid common application rejection triggers, photo/signature guidelines, and certificate validity windows.

  • 55% Marks in 10th Mandatory: 55% marks in SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects is an absolute essential eligibility condition; candidates with lower percentages will be rejected even if they possess ITI certificates.
  • Qualifying Trade Test: Candidates must pass the practical trade test in their respective domain (COPA, DTPO, Hardware/Networking, MLT, etc.) before their written examination marks can be considered for merit.
  • Separate Application for Multiple Posts: Candidates eligible for and wishing to apply for more than one post code must submit separate applications and pay separate application fees for each post code.
  • Paper-I as Eliminator: Paper-I (Mental Ability, 100 marks) is a screening filter; Paper-II and Paper-III will NOT be evaluated if the candidate fails to secure the cutoff threshold in Paper-I, although Paper-I marks are not added to the final merit score.
