Eligibility criteria for Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under ACASA Project (EAP-415):
• Essential Qualification:
1. Master's degree in Remote Sensing and GIS / Geoinformatics / any discipline of Agriculture with 4 years or 5 years Bachelor’s degree; OR
2. B.Sc. (Ag) 4-year graduation followed by M.Sc. in any discipline; OR
3. Post-graduate degree in Environmental Science / Geography (3-year Bachelor's + 2-year Master's) with NET qualification and two (02) years of documented research experience in the relevant field; OR
4. Ph.D. in any discipline of science.
• Desirable Qualification: Practical expertise in satellite image processing, GIS tools, or coding/developing ICT applications (Python, MATLAB, Oracle, .NET, Java).
• Project Details: Externally Aided Project (EAP-415) entitled 'Atlas of Climate Adaptation in South Asian Agriculture (ACASA)'.
• Tenure: Up to 31.12.2026 or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
