Engineering / Polytechnic Posts: First Class in B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in relevant discipline (Electrical / Computer Engineering).

Computer Science: Master's degree with 55% marks in Computer Science / allied discipline plus UGC/CSIR-NET or Ph.D. under UGC 2009/2016 Regulations.

Agriculture: M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Gardening / Floriculture.

Art in Education: Master of Fine Arts (MFA).

ITEP Hindi & Urdu: Postgraduate degree in relevant language with 55% marks and Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed / M.A. Education with B.Ed) plus UGC-NET or Ph.D.

Desirable: Ability to teach in English, Hindi, and Urdu across all posts.
