Positions are based in the Department of Economics at Sikkim University, Gangtok, under an ICSSR-funded empirical research project examining Farmers' Producer Organizations (FPOs) across Eastern and Northeastern India. The working environment combines academic research and data analysis in Gangtok with rigorous field visits to rural agricultural cooperatives in Sikkim and neighboring states.
