Educational Qualification

MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma or Post-Doctoral Degree (or equivalent) in the concerned specialty from an NMC/MCI recognized University/Institute and valid DMC registration for the specialty. If PG candidates are unavailable, candidates with MBBS degree and 2 years experience in the same specialty may be considered.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Not exceeding 45 years of age as on the date of advertisement (26/09/2026). Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC candidates (Delhi NCL certificate) and 5 years for SC/ST candidates as per rules.

Senior Residents handle emergency admissions, casualty triage, OPD rotations, and surgical/ICU call duties. Work shifts involve regular 24-hour on-call emergency rotas with high patient volume typical of Delhi Government healthcare setups.
