Educational Qualification

Open Market Candidates: Master's Degree in Hindi with English at degree level, OR Master's Degree in English with Hindi at degree level from a recognized University, with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in Official Language implementation, English-Hindi translation, noting, and drafting. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual typing preferred.

Retired Government Servants: Retired officers from Central Government / Ministries / Departments holding the post of Assistant Director, Deputy Director, Joint Director, or equivalent from Central Secretariat Official Language Service (CSOLS) or other Central Services.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Open Market Candidates: Up to 45 years of age. Retired Government Servants: Should not be more than 64 years of age as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

Open market candidates receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹60,000/- per month. Retired central government officers receive monthly remuneration as per DoPT / Ministry of Finance rules (Last Basic Pay Drawn minus Pension plus fixed Transport Allowance).
