Allahabad University Law Faculty Walk-in 2026

For Faculty (Law Subjects): Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC candidates) from an Indian University or accredited foreign university, along with qualifying UGC-NET in Law or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2018.

For Professional Experts: Law degree (LL.B.) with a minimum of 10 years of active practice in Law.

Language Requirement: The medium of instruction is strictly English; candidates must be proficient in English.

Age criteria and service guidelines conform to UGC Regulations 2018 and University of Allahabad statutes for guest/contractual faculty appointments.

1. Download the prescribed application form from the University of Allahabad website (www.allduniv.ac.in).
2. Fill out the form completely in CAPITAL LETTERS (computer printing preferred) and affix a recent passport-size photograph, signing across it.
3. Remit the non-refundable registration fee (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST; Rs. 500/- for UR/OBC/EWS; Women & PwBD candidates exempted) via RTGS/NEFT to the University of Allahabad Current Account at SBI, Allahabad University Branch (IFSC: SBIN0001621).
4. Attach self-attested copies of all marksheets, degrees, category certificate (SC), proof of date of birth, research papers/publications, experience certificates, and the bank transaction receipt.
5. Report in person for the Walk-in-Interview on 14.10.2026 at 09:00 AM along with the completed application form, all original credentials, and self-attested copies at New Building of Faculty of Law, Bank Road crossing, Chatham Lines, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh - 211002.
