Tarn Taran Court Counsellor Recruitment 2026

Graduate degree from a recognized university, preferably with Social Science, Sociology, Psychology, Clinical Psychiatry, or Law (LLB) as one of the subjects. Candidate must possess at least 2 years of documented experience in the field of social work/welfare or association with field work, research, or teaching in Government departments, colleges, or universities in family welfare or women and child issues.

The candidate must be at least 35 years old as on the closing date of application (09.10.2026). No upper age limit is specified.

1. Download the prescribed application proforma attached to the public notice or from the official website of Tarn Taran District Court at https://tarntaran.dcourts.gov.in.
2. Fill out the application form with personal details, date of birth, graduation/law qualifications, and detailed experience in social and family welfare.
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth, educational certificates/mark sheets (Bachelor's degree onwards), advocate enrollment certificate (if applicable), and experience certificates as required under Rule 6(B) and 6(C) of The Punjab Family Courts (Amendment) Rules 2024.
4. Submit the completed application form along with a recent passport photograph and enclosures to the office of: The Principal Judge, Family Court, Tarn Taran, Punjab on or before 09.10.2026 before 5:00 PM.
5. Eligible candidates must report for personal interaction on 15.10.2026 at 2:30 PM sharp at the Conference Hall, Judicial Court Complex, Tarn Taran. No TA/DA will be paid.
