TISS Mumbai Consultant Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 2 Consultant Posts

Eligibility and qualifications criteria for engagement of retired government servants as Consultants:
• Target Group: Retired Central Government Employees / Ex-Defence Personnel not exceeding 63 years of age.
• 1. Consultant - Recruitment Cell (01 Post): Graduate from a recognized University with minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management and recruitment processes in Government Organisations. Desirable: Specialisation in Central Government recruitment rules and reservation rosters.
• 2. Consultant - Security (01 Post): Graduate with 5 years' experience as a Security Supervisor in a Government Office, Educational Institute, or reputed Private Organisation (₹200 Cr+ turnover); OR retired from the Army/Uniformed Service at JCO level or equivalent/above, holding a valid driving licence (LMV/Motorcycle). Desirable: Firefighting/unarmed combat course, computer literacy, and retirement at Level 10 or above.
• Tenure: Initial period of engagement is for One (01) Year.

Candidate must not exceed 63 years of age as on the date of application. Only retired Central Government / Defence personnel are eligible to apply.
