• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of active advocacy and litigation practice.
• Statutory & Service Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads & Panchayat Samitis Act 1961, Bombay Village Panchayats Act 1958, Maharashtra Civil Services Rules (MCS Rules 1979/1981), Departmental Enquiry Manual 1991, and MRTU & PULP Act 1971.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency and drafting competence in Marathi, Hindi, and English along with computer proficiency in MS Office.
• Role: Drafting affidavits, managing court petitions, advising on service and administrative matters, and acting as Nodal Legal Officer for ZP Dhule.
