Post-wise qualifications:

• Probation Officer cum Child Welfare Officer: Graduation in Social Work, Sociology, Social Sciences, or LLB with 2 years of relevant experience in child rights and basic computer proficiency.
• Manager, Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA): Master degree in Sociology, Social Work, or Psychology with computer proficiency.
• Paramedical: Diploma in Ayurvedic, Homoeopathic, or Unani medicine (Compounder/Pharmacist) from recognized institutions.
• PT Instructor cum Yoga Teacher: B.P.Ed from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Art Craft cum Music Teacher: Bachelor or Diploma in Visual Art, Music, Sculpture, Ceramics, Paper Craft, or Wood Craft.
• Cook & Helper cum Night Watchman: Under Matric (8th to 10th pass).
• Chowkidar: Under Matric (8th pass).

Candidates must be between 21 and 45 years of age as on 01.01.2026 (application format references age as on 01.04.2026).

1. Download the official application form from the Ganjam district portal at ganjam.odisha.gov.in.
2. Fill out the prescribed application form with accurate personal, educational, professional, computer literacy, and experience details.
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets from HSC onwards, professional credentials, child welfare experience certificates, and proof of age.
4. Send an advance soft copy of the completed application and testimonials via email to: [email protected].
5. Dispatch hard copies of the application and supporting documents via Speed Post or Registered Post addressed to: The Secretary, Utkal Balashram, Gosaninuagaon, Brahmapur Sakha, Ganjam, Odisha.
6. The envelope must be superscribed with: "Application for the Post of [Post Name] at Utkal Balashram, Brahmapur". Both email and speed post submissions must reach on or before 16.09.2026 by 5:30 PM. Applications submitted by hand or after the deadline will be rejected.
