Bathinda Court Operator Recruitment 2026

Matriculation (10th standard pass) with Punjabi as one of the compulsory subjects, AND an ITI Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent trade from any recognized Government Institute or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant technical work experience.

Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age for General Category as on 01.01.2026. Age relaxation is admissible to reserved category candidates of Punjab as per Punjab Government instructions/rules. Reserved category applicants from other states are not eligible for reservation or age relaxation and must apply under General Category.

1. Download the prescribed application proforma appended to the public notice from the official Bathinda District Court portal at bathinda.dcourts.gov.in.
2. Fill out the proforma completely in legible handwriting, providing personal details, category, educational qualifications (10th with Punjabi and ITI trade details), permanent and correspondence addresses, contact number, and email address.
3. Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the designated box on the proforma.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all supporting certificates: 10th standard certificate (proof of age and Punjabi subject pass), ITI certificate in Electrical/Mechanical trade, Punjab state caste certificate (if applicable), and experience certificates.
5. Submit the completed application proforma along with enclosures in an envelope to:
   Office of the District & Sessions Judge, District Court Complex, Bathinda, Punjab – 151001.
6. The physical application must reach the office on or before 15 October 2026 before 05:00 PM. Applications received late or submitted through unauthorized agents/booksellers will be rejected.
7. Candidates must regularly visit bathinda.dcourts.gov.in to track the interview schedule. No separate postal call letters will be issued.
