Post-wise educational qualifications:
1. Assistant cum Bench Clerk: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or allied disciplines under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 system from a recognized university. Preference given to candidates holding DOTE Computer on Office Automation (COA) certificate or a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science.
2. Junior Assistant cum Record Clerk: 10th Standard (SSLC) passed or equivalent.
3. Office Assistant: 8th Standard passed or equivalent.

Staff members are stationed at the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) premises in Tirunelveli under the administrative supervision of the District Child Protection Unit (Department of Children Welfare and Special Services). Assistant cum Bench Clerk assists the Principal Magistrate in court hearings, case drafting, daily cause lists, and child justice records. Junior Assistant cum Record Clerk manages case dockets, registers, and inward/outward communications. Office Assistant assists with day-to-day file movement and office upkeep.
