The 100 marks are distributed as: 10th Standard SSLC marks (20% weightage - 20 marks), Higher Secondary HSC marks (20% weightage - 20 marks), GNM/B.Sc. Nursing marks (up to 30 marks), Resident of Namakkal District (25 marks), and Special Categories (5 marks for Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, or Destitute Widows). In case of a tie, preference is given based on seniority in age (older candidate). No written examination or interview is conducted.
