RGIPT Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 1 Training & Placement Officer Post

Candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a recognized University/Institution with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA). In addition, applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification professional experience in Training & Placement activities at premier higher educational institutions (such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, IISERs), Corporate Human Resource Management, or Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.

Maximum age is 45 years as on the closing date of submission of applications (30th September 2026). Age relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwD, and other reserved categories in accordance with Government of India norms.

1. Visit the official RGIPT Samarth recruitment portal at rgiptnt.samarth.edu.in.
2. Register a new account or log in with existing credentials using a valid email ID and password.
3. Complete the online application form with personal details, educational qualifications (Undergraduate and MBA/Postgraduate marks/CGPA), and detailed post-qualification experience.
4. Upload self-attested scanned copies of required documents: updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), recent passport-size photograph, proof of Date of Birth, UG & MBA degree certificates and mark sheets, experience certificates from previous employers, current employer NOC/certificate, last pay slip/salary certificate, major professional achievements, government ID proof, and category certificate (if applicable).
5. Review all entered entries for accuracy and submit the application online on or before 30th September 2026. Retain a printout of the final submitted application form for future reference.
